Shipping policy

Every piece in our gallery ships directly from the artist who made it, from wherever in the world they're based — we don't hold central stock. We currently sell to collectors in the United States, the European Union, and the United Arab Emirates. Because every piece ships from a different artist's location, handling time, transit time, and shipping cost all vary by piece and by destination.

Handling time (before the artwork ships)

Ready-to-ship original artwork: 3-7 business days to pack and hand off to the carrier. Made-to-order originals, or pieces requiring custom crating: 10-14 business days.

Transit time (after the artwork ships)

Transit time depends on where the artist is shipping from and where you're located. As a general guide: 5-10 business days when the artist and buyer are in the same region, and 10-20+ business days for cross-region international deliveries, plus possible customs clearance time. Customs delays are outside our control — buyers are responsible for checking their own country's import requirements.

Tracking

Once your artist ships your piece, you'll receive a tracking number by email. We use trackable carriers for every shipment.

Signature on delivery

Orders over €300 require a signature on delivery, to confirm the piece reached you safely.

Shipping address

Please ship to the billing address on file where possible. If you need delivery to a different address, contact us in writing before the order ships.

Shipping costs

Because every artist ships independently from their own location, we can't offer a flat shipping rate the way a retailer with centralized stock can. Shipping is calculated per artwork at checkout, based on the piece's size, weight, and the distance between the artist and your delivery address, and is paid by the buyer. You'll always see the exact shipping cost before completing your purchase.

International orders

International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees charged on delivery — these are set by your country and aren't included in the item or shipping price.

Delayed or missing shipments

If tracking shows no movement for 5+ business days, or your estimated delivery date has passed, contact us at support@odara.gallery with your order number.

Damaged in transit

Please inspect your artwork as soon as it arrives, before signing for it if possible. If a piece arrives damaged, see our Return & Refund Policy — you'll need photos of both the packaging and the artwork, reported within the claim window.
