Works of Dmytro Kozynets is a celebration of simple fundamental beauty of people and objects they surround themselves with. His abstract interior graphics makes it possible to trace and rethink the relationship between art and design. And most important - to determine the role of a person in their interaction.
Soviet wallpapers of the 60s-90s serve as the physical basis for the art objects of Dmytro. Lost all value today, until recently they were a symbol of household luxury and the apogee of design ideas.
Difficult to produce, created by hand using expensive silk-screen printing techniques, such material goes through a thorny way from lost household art to construction waste. To eventually become an integral work of art in the collections of connoisseurs.
Abstract-interior graphics by Dmytro Kozynets is not an attempt to give a far-fetched value to something, but an opportunity to express the true nature of beauty. Beauty that you want to see inside yourself and next to you.
